Growing up it was hard to believe Steve was really my brother. I got stuck with a tiny little 130 pound, 6ft tall, unattractive body while Steve (my brother) was naturally big and extremely muscular.
I tried so hard to live in his "Athletic" shadow but I just flat-out didn't have the muscle strength and size to even think about competing in any of the sports he did.
While he was winning BMX world Championships, gold medals in Tae Kwon Do, being awarded MVP's in Rugby, and getting any girl he wanted... I sat in the sidelines unnoticed and just watched. The only time anyone paid any attention to me was when a friend would ask "How does Steve do it James?!".
As depressing as it really was, my bad genetics made me angry and determined! At the young age of only 15 I began weight lifting with an old York Barbell training course my Dad had bought me.

This investigation led me to various Hospitals including Journals from The Phillipine Medical Association, American Medical Association and many well respected Universities like The University Of Zurich, Stanford and Alberta to name just a few.
I wanted the truth, and nothing but the truth. And I got it.
I didn't know what I would learn from this research... but I suspected everything.
Would I learn that I was....
